    Was searching for a specific clipper for my pup and PetSmart had the best prices. Upon calling to confirm inventory and to obtain info, Avery was extremely helpful, efficient and kind. Ordered confirmed and a very happy customer

    I'll preface by saying I live just outside of Montreal (QC) so I place my orders using the app. I've always had great service from this location, whether I was doing curbside pick up or picking up in-store. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Frequently my husband picks up our orders and it never works to add a pick up person via the app, but they've never hassled us about it (they ask for a description of the pick up vehicle). Just the first time my husband had to call me and I explained the situation, and since no issues. I don't think that many people drive down from QC to pick up orders. As for inventory, usually the app is pretty accurate. I've only had it occur once or twice where an item I ordered was out of stock, so I wasn't charged and they advised me as such.

    Excellent grooming job by Melanie today. Received some very knowledgeable information as to what type of trim we should get for our Golden retriever for the summer. Very pleased as always with the service. Highly recommend.

    Never had an issue with any employee, except for this one older woman with a heavy french accent. She absolutely should not be in customer service. Everyone else I've dealt with however is always super friendly, helpful and Im always greeted with a smile and a How can I help you today? PetSmart is my go to for my pet needs.

    Candice went above & beyond her regular duties to help me gather a very important order that my veterinarian recommend. Both my service dog & I were very sick & couldn't get to the store ourselves, but Candice only paused for a second before she asked "what can I do for you?" Myself & my dog Maeve are greatful! Thank you Candice.

    The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable! My daughter Rosie wanted fishies for getting high honor roll this semester so we went in a bought a 4 Gal fish tank, she got live plants for it and 4 fish plus 1 snail! The lady said 1 fish per gal so Rosie is enjoying watching her 2 angel fish and 2 mollies swim!
